How to drop outrageous (amp) items - April 1st

Ahoy! Edit: Remember the difference between "I dropped" and "It dropped" :) I believe it's time to reveal this secret, so that other players can benefit from it too. A way to drop at least 1 item/run with 7-10% amp as craft option (might work on map bosses too, never managed to do that there though).
