The role of parents is the most important job you may have in life, it comes with the acknowledgment that your are the role model for your children. As a jewish father of four, Amir Galor had a unique perspective on his children's education. He pointed out 13 golden principals to discuss in his talk, "Raise your children to ask questions,” a typical Jewish habit, “do not be afraid to ask wrong questions,” Children in the process of growing up, is to "achieve a balance between listening and talking", a good communication skill contributes 85% to their future success,“, "The aim of communication and action is for recognition, what your child really wants most is your recognition.” Talk to your children more instead of asking him to do their homework. A critical success factor is to be equipped with the mind of " concept of risk", not to ignore risks or fear them, but to manage them. Many Chinese parents protect their children from risks, this is wrong, full protection is hard to do, risk is everywhere, protection is not a good way for growth. Jewish culture develop a balanced understanding of "the concept of money" an attitude towards money which includes security charity and method of growth, the earlier you teach it the better Build "bonds of trust" with others. For westerners, trust is a framework of security in China it a deep foundation. There is no foundation without trust.
