How to fix a broken stylus on a Sony PRS-350 e-reader.

A replacement stylus for this PRS-350 e-reader is reported to be either unavailable, or outrageously expensive. Here's a workaround. This describes how to fix the stylus when it's broken and it's stuck in the slot on the side. Sony really lost their quality focus on this one for sure, the Internet is awash with people complaining about it. Hopefully this will help: I provide the text of the soundtrack for people who wish to translate.
Did the stylus break on your Sony PRS-350? You're in good company. I'll show you how to fix it.
You need a needle, a marker, a screwdriver a nail clipper and a genuine Q-tip.
Take out this screw and set it to one side. With the needle, work the stylus out of the slot.
Drill out any remaining plastic, try not to damage the metal tube and its inner thread as far as possible.
Cut the end off a Q-tip neatly. Screw it into the tube.
The thread is fine, so keep going a fair time.
Put the stylus back, and cut off the Q-tip; leave enough for you to grab, but not so much that it catches on things.
That compromise is easier if you have one of these covers.
I marked mine black so that I wasn't tempted to use the wrong end on the screen.
It works good; don't forget to put the little screw back when you're done.
