How to fix and add sounds in MKP (with download links)

NOTE: IT WILL LOWER THE GRAPHICS OF THE GAME (only works standard definition mugen) Another tutorial, when i downloaded each and every mortal kombat project, i found out that the bgm of the select screen and main menu never always played so i tried out some stuff and came up with this, Oh and i also wanted to replaced shitty sounds also.
