How to get the Circle of Life Achievement with New Game+ in Dishonored 2

This is for those who are trying to get this achievement but the hound dies after possession. Preparation: open the gate then open the door with the hound but be careful to stay out of the hound's line of sight. You still die though but by doing the hound last you will get the achievement. The sequence is rat--bloodfly--fish--bloodfly--human--hound. NOTE that there is a bloodfly above the small pond so once you're in the fish look up and just click until you get a fly and then to human and click furiously while going up the stairs to get the hound. It's pretty close and might require a few tries. Happy possessing!
