I find most of my clients are sitting most of the day at work.
Why does that matter?
Well, for one, most people aren't sitting with good posture. More than likely, they are hunched over their computers for 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
This creates issues (see: slouchy shoulders, neck pain, tight pecs, weak upper back).
This means your strength training program should include some exercises to increase the strength of your upper back - and that's exactly what I've provided for you.
If I were you, I'd pick 2 exercises for 2 sets of 10-15 before my normal strength workout to work on correcting bad posture.

Hi there! My name's Kurt and I've been in fitness industry since 2005.
While attending college, I played drums in an alternative rock band while getting my degree in Physical Education.
