Here's how to increase fps in Doom 2016 in less than 120 seconds of your time! Subscribe for more Doom goodness and other magical game videos. Step by step instructions: Turn off vertical sync. Turn off anti aliasing and if you get huge results you can try FXAA or SMAA. Turn off Motion Blur but if you love it try it on low first. You can reduce resolution scale for much higher fps, but it will make your game look terrible ;). Put light and shadow quality on low, bring it up to medium if possible. Turn off player self shadow. Directional occlusion quality, decal quality, decal filtering, and virtual texturing page size should start on medium. Lower if needed. Turn off reflections quality or set it on low.
