If you're having an issue where you can't see the "Custom Face' option, it might be because you are using a profile that is different from the default one when you install the game. In order to fix this, instead of just saving the picture into Documents/Arma2, you must save the picture in Documents/Arma2/Other Profiles/PROFILENAME Obviously, "PROFILENAME" will be replaced with whatever your profile is actually named.
