How to install XAMPP & fix port 80 & 443 errors

XAMPP is the best open source package to run Apache & MySQL for all the web developers who are in need of a free to use tool for testing webpages. Sometimes, when installed, Apache gives an error on port 80 and 443, as they may be used by other programs such as Skype and VmWare Workstation, etc. A quick fix can be done, free of paine. Just need some patience and all will be alright.
