How to make Sofrito, Puerto Rican Must Have

this is just one of the types of sofritos i make, this is the puertorican style sofrito. i don't put tomatoes in my sofrito, i usually add the tomato when i need it.Sofrito is a staple in Puerto Rican and other latin cooking used by chefs and home-cooks all over the world. many have asked me to make this video and here it finally is, this is the sofrito i use for some of my dishes. easy to make and you can store it in refrigerator or freeze in small batches . one idea i do is i freeze it in ice cube trays and when i need some i just remove one cube.. perfect for pork,chicken,beef,stews,beans,rice any dish you want to add that yummy spanish flavor.. please follow me on instagram @ cellycellz and pass by my facebook page www.facebook/cellyshomecooking.com
