welcome to second chapter of FPDF tutorial series. in this chapter, i'm about to explain how to do cell merging trick in PDF. as an example, we're about to make scoring table headers which contain both horizontal and vertical cell merging. here, the default row height is set to 5. so, 2 vertical merged cell should be 10 in height and so on. in FPDF, there are no cell merging options, so we have to do it ourself.
