How to put on seamed stockings

My final mini video is a guide to putting on seamed stockings. Gather the stocking in your hand, ensuring that the heel and the seam stay as straight as possible. Gently pull over toes then heel, keeping the contrast part of the stocking foot straight, as well as the heel of the stocking. Place your index finger and thumb either side of the seam and use them to guide the seam up your leg. This takes practice so don’t worry if you don’t get it right the first time. You can gently adjust the heel and seam by sliding the wonky sections with your palm (rather than pinching the stocking).
