A: Thanks, cody for the question, I'll answer this question in more detail with a video. I'll let you know when its up. In the mean time, I use word games in my class. Crosswords, word play, with new and unfamiliar words. I suggest you make it a habit of learning one new word a day and using it a freestyle rhyme and written rhyme. For speed rapping, I gave my students children's tongue twisters as warm ups. Stuff like "fuzzy wuzzy was a bear." Started them off slow, then sped up the tempo of the beat to which they were rapping. Speed is nothing without clarity; practice over enunciating words while rapping. This improves speed as well.
