How to reroot a doll using the Reroot "Tool"

A couple of people have asked "why do I wrap the hair around my finger before putting the hair onto the tool?" The answer is that the wrap / loop makes a little knot on the prongs, giving a little extra security, however, once it is pushed into the head and released, it springs back open so I guess in theory, you dont *need* to wrap the hair around your finger first.
