How to spear a Lionfish

The Lionfish has invaded the waters of the Virgin Islands. There is a dedicated effort to kill as many of these predatory fish as possible. They prey on the indigenous reef fish and will disrupt the reef ecosystem if allowed to live. The local guy who speared it said the lionfish is delicious when grilled appropriately, however they are poisonous to humans otherwise. Good fishing!
