1 - Position your playhead to where you want your comp to start
2 - hit B on your keyboard - B for Beginning
3 - ;ove your playhead to where you want to end your composition
4 - hit N - N stands for eNd
5 - right click on gray band over your time line
6 - choose ' trim to comp'
