Direct object pronouns in Spanish are often confusing - especially if someone is speaking quickly and you're not catching everything they're saying. Often times you'll hear a "lo" or "la" "los" or "las" directly before or attached onto a verb - those are direct object pronouns. "Me", "Te", & "Nos" are also direct object pronouns.
This video will show you how to use them. But your first goal should be to understand them when people use them while speaking to you.
