Ongoing issue with HP PROBOOK, HP had replaced this Laptop, this is the new one, with the EXACT same problem, (Lagging During Video Playback - when on battery). They decided to replace Mainboard and Battery in this BRAND NEW laptop, still same problem!! Now they want to "attempt" to fix again for the fourth time. Very poor customer service!
