HT1632 LCDsmartie

LED matrix 8x32 with controller HT1632 working from program "LCDsmartie". Matrix connected to Arduino. LCDsmarite uses display type "Matrix Orbital". Arduino code compiles under old Arduino IDE (vers.0023) with added NewSoftSerial library.
