Why did I try to curl my hair? I posted a disclaimer on my about section of this channel, please read it before continuing into this video if you would like. Disclaimer: The music and photos of my intro is not mine! It’s the artist who created the master pieces work! I use it as my intro because I adore the work and it’s art. I use non-copyright music and use GIF’s from the internet that are uploaded to the public, asforth a lot of Youtubers do this too! I’m not trying to take credit for their work in any sort of way or manner! If you would like me to not use your art then please contact me and I will take that video down immediately . I personally chose the intros that I choose because I like that aesthetic at the time or I just enjoy watching the TV shows about that genre/topic. Also, everything that would be considered mean is not my goal at all. I say things such as that as a joke in my past videos from lack of judgement at the time (I do not try to target anyone for any reason). So, I do not try to make fun of someone directly at all in my videos or in real life (I also try to not make fun of people at all in the first place)! If this does happen in the video then I’m sincerely sorry. I try to edit out things such as that or just not say it at all so it can be prevented. I’m in no way trying to take credit of anyone’s art or work in these videos. I’m neither trying to be mean in anyway shape or form no matter the excuse or situation. In my videos I try to have a safe, fun, and funny environment without having a negative environment which is connected to being mean and rude in any situation. In conclusion, I’m posting this disclaimer for my videos from now on. I do not condone a theft of art and a harm towards someone in my personal view which I try to project in a suitable form. Also, in all of my videos I do ask for permission before recording someone. Within that they know that that video might or will be posted upon the internet for the public to see, as myself know that too. My goal is to be a funny person to watch on YouTube to brighten up someone’s day. There is a less detailed disclaimer in my channel description, due to the fact that it only permits me for so many characters. My channel, with other channels, have the fair use law instated into the description. The Fair Use law is summarized as ‘the law of the United States that permits limited use of copyrighted material without having to first acquire permission from the copyright holder.’ which I’m using in the purpose of not copying nor taking any credit but to comment upon its beauty and my appreciation of the work through making it a significant piece of my introduction. With this known I make sure that if the artist does not want his or her art posted upon then I will take it down as soon as possible with blurring it out or taking the video down completely!
