i saw the light

this is another tune i wrote and recorded very quickly, it's got very complex chords;) (Amaj and Dmaj, capo 2nd fret), but with practise i'm sure you'll be able to play along with it..i have a habit of posting songs before i've got them worked out, i can play it a lot better now but wanted to post something before i go away for a couple of weeks..i hear the surf on the south east coast of England is perfect at the moment, so i'll be away for a while..wish me luck, i can't swim.. my next tune will be a yodelling song, not much yodelling on YT, think i might be able to corner the market.. i'd like to dedicate this song to anyone who feels their body is separate from their soul, and to anyone who believes in music as a healing force x i saw the light in your window didn't feel so all alone been walking around with my shadow head in the clouds eyes to the ground but now you're here i feel you near now you're here got nothing to fear i remember the times in the morning you wiping the dreams from your eyes i can still hear you calling but it's not real just the echoes of my mind but now you're hear i feel you near now you're here nothing left to fear i always felt something's missing something not quite right maybe it's your light and warmth that i'm missing or your soul and the sound of your call but now you're here i feel you near now you're here nothing left to fear it's hard to describe how we're feeling we can't find the words but we try but deep down there's a meaning i got no ryhthm so now i gotta find the rhyme but now you're here i feel you near now you're here there's nothing left to fear yellowcatz (c) 2008
