I_Storm_Santa vs. The Shaper (buffed one) - 3.9 Metamorph League

All bosses got buffed this league, way more HP(6x ?) and also 50% elemental resistances up from 40% old value. For IceStorm it doesn't matter, 100% of the Shaper fight is face tanked like before, it only takes a bit more time to end the fight(no more phase skipping).
