Because it celebrates the spirit of inclusivity, Gay Games has always been something that I wanted to experience and be a part of. I don't normally compete during the summer, so I was initially worried that I wouldn't be in shape in time for this event. Once arriving in Cleveland for the Games, I just allowed myself to relax and trust my training. What a rush to perform this well for such a huge and supportive audience! This is my 2nd international competition.
