ICT ministry opens 10th edition of Connected Summit

Information, Communication and Technology Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru has rallied the private sector to support and take advantage of the opportunities provided by the big 4 projects as he opened the Connected Summit 2018. The CS while officiating the opening of the summit’s 10th edition talked of the need to provide solutions on how best the country can leverage on ICT to drive the Big Four development agenda and boost Kenya’s economic growth. The CS while officiating the opening of the summit’s 10th edition talked of the need to provide solutions on how best the country can leverage on ICT to drive the Big Four development agenda and boost Kenya’s economic growth.The CS outlined plans to digitise land operations, provide incentives for the h the government's digitisation program, manufacturing sector, deploy a robust heath management platform and establish a database for agricultural producers across the country as part of the government’s efforts to streamline service delivery.
