IDEA members visited Azerbaijan Animal Rescue Center (AARC)

IDEA Public Union members, led by the Vice-President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva, visited Azerbaijan Animal Rescue Center (AARC) in August 23, 2013. The main intention of the visit was to draw attention of young people towards homeless animals, call youth to treat perceptibly to them, make an effort on gaining ill animals back to the natural life.
