If your microphone disappears on your keyboard?

Go to anywhere so you can pull up your keyboard. At the bottom is the space bar...der? Go left two spaces, mine is a comma. Hold down on the comma and a setting icon and a keyboard sizer will appear. Slide your finger to the setting icon and then lift your finger and a menu will pop up. Or lift your finger and a Gboard will appear with a language and another settings. Then just choose settings...?? Then choose text correction. The top says text show suggestion strip Turn it on.....done?
