IIT Tools 6 LED Magnetic Light Strip Fail

Originally recorded October 11, 2019. Picked this up somewhere in my travels over the years. At the time, LEDs weren't ever-prevalent as they are today. This looked like it might be interesting, and at the time I bought it, I had a particular idea in mind as to where I might be able to use it. That idea has been lost to the sands of time, unfortunately. This sat for many years, and finally, I decided to actually take a look at it and see what the deal is with it. Well, the deal was, it was a dud! Didn't work straight out of the package after sitting for all those years! What a disappointment. But I was determined to at least see what would make this tick, so I opened it up and decided to run power directly to it, and it actually works. What's it good for? The garbage can, that's one thing! I shoved it back in the package and decided to look at it again another day, and a video will follow with that day's findings.
