Imax B-6 review issues calibration and discussion

Watch this video before you purchase an Imax B-6 charger or if you already have one. The info here can save you from damaging your lipo batteries. Warning about calibration, the calibration menu not shown in this video can only be accesed once, it is likely it has already been accessed anyway but if you are going to try to access it, make sure you have a 6 cell lipo charged exactly to 4.2 volts per cell and be sure of how to calibrate it as you will only have one try. The calibration procedure detailed in this video can be done as many times as you want but only calibrates the total voltage value and will not effect lipo balancing in any way. The final solution for me was to purchase a name brand charger in my case a Hitec x4 charger that is very accurate. Anybody with a genuine Imax B-6, it would be appreciated if you could post your voltage readings of the accuracy of your lipo balancing so we can know if it is only the knock offs that have this problem use space below for discussion and questions and thanks for watching
