India withdraws troops from Himalayas standoff

After more than two months of tensions, India has recalled border personnel from the Donglang area, a part of Chinese territory in the Himalayas. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi, in his remarks on Wednesday, said there were hard lessons learned from the standoff.
