Many Central Indiana learning and talent development leaders have been embracing mentoring and informal learning for developing their leaders. As the workforce becomes more diverse, the traditional and formal learning structures are becoming inadequate to fully support multi-generations and inclusion. Mentoring is emerging as a key and critical component to many organizations talent development programs.
