Injection Timing Cummins ISX

This is a short clip of two techs using the dial indicator method of setting Initial Injection Timing on a Cummins ISX engine. It is customary to use "Timing Wedges" to set timing on the ISX engine however, the dial indicator method has been found to be much more precise. It is the same basic tool that is used on the 855 and N14 but with a special fixture for the ISX Engine.
