Innovation in Motorsport: Azhar Hussain, CEO, TTXGP, at Investing in Future Transport 16 Aug 2012

Azhar Hussain, CEO and founder of TTXGP, joined the panel discussing Innovation in Motorsport at Investing in Future Transport, a conference held at City Hall, London, on 16 August 2012. Also on the panel were Patrick Head, Co-founder, Williams F1 and Williams Hybrid, who delivered the keynote presentation on the role of innovation in motor sport. The session addressed new technologies in fields such as fuel efficiency emerging from sports including Formula 1 racing. It also looked at the role of dedicated 'zero emissions' racing events such as the Isle of Man TTZero and the TTXGP - and the implications for investment. Also on the panel were Javier de Rocafort, Quimera Project/Balmoral Capital and Courtenay Heading, Isle of Man Government.
