So today my daughter started 2nd grade and she was very excited. I was very excited too because I was starting Month 2 of the Insanity Program. Truth be told I don't think she is going to be sore tomorrow. Me on the other hand... Dear Baby Lord Jesus In The Manger... I'm pretty sure I'll be hurting tomorrow. Today was an experience I haven't had since Navy Boot Camp. At least what I recall from it. It was 30 minutes of fit test and another 60 minutes of Max Interval "beat your a$$ down". Sweaty just doesn't even begin to describe what I looked like. Collapsed is what I did at the end. I took the quickest shower ever because my legs were like jello. Dang it feels good.
