IoT Innovation: Improving the customer experience and cleaning service with a smart solution

In collaboration with ISS Services and Lindström, CGI launched a cleaning service digitization project. Lindström's smart cloth towel dispensers installed on CGI’s premises will automatically send out an alert before the towel roll runs out. The alert goes to CGI’s Mobilog system where an ISS employee acknowledges the alert with his/her mobile device.
