Is Volgograd stadium sliding down to the Volga?

"Just a few hours before the end of the World Cup the Volgograd stadium decided to flow down the Volga river," wrote Ilya Varlamov in his blog. The well-known blogger has pointed out that only several hundred meters from the stadium, "stands the famous memorial 'Mamaev Kurgan', and it has never suffered from rains in dozens of years." The "Volgograd Arena" stadium was built to host matches of the 2018 FIFA World Cup, and it took 16.3 billion roubles from the budget; the stadium hosted four World Cup matches.
