Istanbul International Airport and Millennium Lounge, Turkey

Our United Airline status allows entrance into all Star Alliance lounges and the Millennium Lounge is a beauty. Lots of wonderful food that was constantly being replenished, gigantic selection of alcohol drinks, the most delicious cookies and ample seating. If you don't have status to gain entrance, not to worry... There is more than enough choices for everyone in the food court. When finished eating, make the rounds through all the different shops and snarf down unlimited samples of Turkish Delight. All the unique flavors really began to grow on me. I wouldn't mind connecting through and flying through Istanbul's Ataturk International Airport whenever we fly.
