Italian T6 Premium Duca d'Aosta - The Ferrari Take Two

Another look at the Duca, this time checking out the buffed version. The gameplay and style still remains the same, and the buffs in general have just made the ship better at everything it was good at before. The lack of pure DPM will prevent this ship from truly ever being OP, but it's still a lot of fun to play! As I'm not expecting the ship to change much more, I included my recommended build at the end.
