iTunes 12.1.0.50 and OS X 10.10.3, will not quit

Most annoying thing ever. After trying to close it, I rebooted and the program didn't launch itself. I tried launching it after the reboot and was able to shut it down properly. Then 15 minutes later, it auto-launched itself again and was impossible to shut down like the video showed. I finally got it to shut down by running "killall -9 iTunes" multiple times in sequence. Something similar to this: killall -9 iTunes; killall -9 iTunes; killall -9 iTunes; killall -9 iTunes; killall -9 iTunes; killall -9 iTunes; killall -9 iTunes; killall -9 iTunes
