IUST Soap Opera

"Soap Opera" in performance of IUS students First year students in the Faculty of Economy of International University of Struga acted as real actors. Namely, the project was realized as a part of seminar assignment which is obligatory for each semester. English language lecturers in International University of Struga, each semester use the seminar assignment to make good practice of English language use. This semester the English lecturer Ajsha Salkoska arrange the students to write a scenario of a soap opera. The project was realized in 3 phases. The first phase was dividing the groups and writing the scenario. The second phase was checking the text by the lecturer, and the final phase was recording the scenario. The students: Tentim Oxha, Arjanit Meta, Kadife Musai, Mevlana Musai, Urime Jusufi and Egzon gega were enormously creative and full of positive energy during the project. According to the positive attitude of the students while working on this project and the positive results regarding English language learning, English lecturers of IUS hope that this is going to be a good example and motive for even better and huge projects, where students will be able to show their capabilities.
