James William Wyatt

James William Wyatt April 18, 1970 - January 25, 2017 Cowpens, SC - - James William Wyatt, 46, of 419 Oakdale Road, passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. Born in Kings Mountain, NC, he was the son of the late J. D. Wyatt and Rhonda Jones Wyatt Henson, and stepson of the late Don Henson. He was a graduate of Gaffney High School, employed in construction as a welder, and of the Baptist faith. He loved hunting, fishing, NASCAR, especially Dale Earnhardt and loved to read, especially Southern History. He also loved wood-working and making canes. He is survived by a sister, Linda Jo Wyatt Rhinehart and boyfriend, Butch Allen, of Pacolet; a brother, Johnny Wyatt, of Gaffney; two nephews, Timothy Jay Rhinehart of Clover and Tyler Wayne Wyatt of Kings Mountain, NC; an uncle, Tim Rhinehart of Clover. In addition to his parents and stepfather he was preceded in death by a brother, Stanley Wayne Wyatt. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM on Monday, January 30, 2017 at Rehoboth Baptist Church. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2:00 PM at the Church with Rev. Tommy McFalls and Rev. Darrell Revels officiating. Interment will be in Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be at their respective homes.
