The Keestrack 1100x750J track mounted jaw crushers is a 50 tonne, high performance jaw with a maximum capacity of 420tph and a fully automatic feed system accepting sizes up to 650mm. Combined with a double deck vibrating pre-screen to minimise wear and maximise quality, the 1100x750J can be used in a wide range of applications such as: hard stone quarries, concrete and landfill recycling operations, as a primary crusher, and more. Equipped with the patented Non-Stop System (NSS), which opens and resets itself to the set position, the jaw is ensured a continuous process while being protected from uncrushable feeds. A major benefit to the customer is the Cummins engine with low emissions and load sensing hydraulics that minimise impact on the environment and offer up to 25% greater fuel efficiency!
