This is a traditional family style Kung Fu Form passed on from generation to generation. Constant practice of this form, will not only guard your home and defend the country, but it is said that the practitioner will also get the bonus of a longer life. 少林黑虎門 是由廣東十虎之一的蘇黑虎於二百多年前所創立,由於祖師在少林寺學藝,按中國人的 傳統必須向人尊告師承, 而 "黑虎"二字是祖師的本名, 故稱為本門派武術為少林黑虎門. 在香港將黑虎門武藝發揚光大的是黃祥宗師, 黃宗師一生硏究中國武學, 精通多家拳術, 早於1928年已經在香港島, 威靈頓街設館授徒. Hark Fu means black tiger and it was our founder's name (蘇黑虎 So Hark Fu). It belongs southen style kung fu and had been teaching in Hong Kong since 1928.
