Jords Boards - MadMonkey Howler Longboard Mold

Designing a template and carving my first foam mold for a longboard. For use with a Roarockit Thin Air Vacuum Press (20"x70" bag). Supplies: The paper for the template is from a roll of contractor's paper/brown builder's paper; Dow insulation foam (4'x8'x3/4" sheet I had cut into 12"x48" sections in the store then used liquid nails to glue 3 slabs together); a surform rasp and a chunk of 2"x4" wrapped in 100 grit sandpaper. Lots of measure twice and cut once nervousness. The mold will be glued to a matching sized sheet of plywood so it won't flex inside the press and snap the tail wedging section.
