Just Cause 2 bug

In Just Cause 2, the faction mission "Hell on Wheels" has a bug. At least for me, I am not sure if this is a widespread problem. Felt I needed to show what was going on to best describe it. In this mission, you are supposed to meet up with 3 cars and disarm a bomb attached to each car. Rarely will it even allow me to disarm a bomb. At the bottom of the screen, it says "Press 'E' to disarm" but pressing 'E' usually doesn't do a thing. Every now and then the bomb will actually show an 'E' key to press, and only when it does can pressing 'E' actually disarm a bomb. This video was one of the rare times I was even successful at disarming 2 of the bombs, usually I have only been able to get one, if any at all! Now, normally something like this would be pretty frustrating. But this mission is so dang fun that I haven't minded playing it over and over again! I love not having to worry about where the cars are going, and it's fun to just sit up top and shoot the police/army pursuer's vehicles.
