Kameo: Elements of Power running at a *simulated* ~60+FPS in xenia

There is no sound because it's broken for this game in xenia. By running xenia with --vsync=false at a slower speed the game slowly renders more frames so to simulate full speed all I had to do was speed it up in post. Once xenia is optimized that won't be necessary. --vsync=false can be used as an FPS hack in other games, but mostly leads to crashes, speeding up, or doing nothing at all. This is real/native ~60+FPS. No frame interpolation/smoothing/etc.
