KCCA Budget: Shs 1Trillion for City Road

Appearing before the Presidential Affairs Committee of Parliament to defend her sector 2012/13 budget, the Executive Director KCCA Jennifer Ssemakula Musisi says she will use internal revenue and partner with international donors to secure 1 Trillion shillings for the project.
