Kemper Arena Historic Designation

Kemper Arena Historic Designation is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This designation will allow the City to proceed with redevelopment of the property to a multi-use youth sports facility. It will also eliminate the annual $1 million maintenance allocation from the City and eliminates the possibility of an estimated $10 million demolition project.
