Some of Kens effects are pretty cool and harder to work out than some other effects. But instead he wants to deceive others for personal gain, and in doing so he wants to silence critics. Sorry but I won't stand for it. This video has been put together within the guidlines of fairuse, i am not using this video for profit, and further, i am using the material in criticism or review. The only way it could be considered that it doesnt fall within fairuse is if Ken Goldstein loses out financially over this, which means he must satisfy the ACCC that what he is promoting in his ghost videos is legitimate, i.e. he needs to demonstrate real ghost activity.
