Ricotta Cheese 1 cup
रिकोटा चीज़ 1 कप
Almond flour 1/4 cup
बादाम का आटा 1/4 कप
Coconut flour 1/4 cup
नारियल का आटा 1/4 कप
Xanthan Gum 1/2 tsp
ज़ान्थन गम 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
बेकिंग पाउडर 1/2 छोटा चम्मच
Sweetener 1/2 cup
स्वीटनर 1/2 कप
Green Cardamom 4
हरी इलाइची 4
Oil for deep frying
तलने के लिए तेल

Total Fibre - 1 gm
I have used fine blanched almond flour & fine coconut flour.
Do drain the cheese using a muslin cloth if it has a lot of moisture.
I used xylitol to make Gulab Jamuns and trust me there is no sweetener aftertaste and the gulab jamuns tasted exactly as they would with refined (white) sugar.
