KETO PASTA | LOW CARB PASTA | BEST TASTING KETO PASTA EVER!

This is the best keto pasta/low carb pasta I have tried! It is the best tasting keto pasta I have tried and I have tried a lot! These taste just spagettios pasta. Softer than al dente, but with some tweaking, it could be firmer, maybe with some mozzarella cheese? Check it out and leave comments below on any tweaks you find! Original recipe tried: https://queenketo.com/queenketo-low-carb-pasta-1-fettuccine-egg-noodles/ Recipe: 3 large eggs 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp guar gum 3 tsp lupin flour 60g cream cheese, softened Whisk cream cheese until smooth, add 1 egg and whisk, add guar gum and whisk, add remaining eggs, one at a time. Add salt and lupin flour and whisk. Pour on a silicone mat (I recommend two mats to make the thickness consistent) spread out and bake at 320 degrees for about 10 min or until dry but not brown. Let cool for 2 min. Peel off, roll and slice thin. Unravel each strand and let dry for several hours. Toss with your favorite sauce. If wanting to rebake in a lasagna, you may need to add mozzarella cheese and play with it to make it more firm. Get Lupin flour here!
